| MY GUARANTEE: (1)Per contract agreement I require you take your new puppy to a licensed Veterinarian to have him examined with in one week of purchase. If the Veterinarian of your choice deems the puppy unfit for sale, determines the puppy is unhealthy or it is his or her professional opinion you have made a mistake buying this puppy. You must return the puppy to me immediately with the Veterinarians documentation (THE SAME DAY) and I will refund your purchase price and pay for the initial exam. To date, I have not had any puppy returned for any reason. (2)Should your puppy pass on to puppy heaven for a genetic reason in 5 years of puppy purchase, You must return the puppy to me (SAME DAY) along with a Veterinarians documentation with cause of death and how he determined it was genetic. I may have a autopsy performed to confirm cause of death. If cause of death is confirmed genetic we will replace the puppy with another puppy of your choice equal to your original puppy purchase price. We do not pay any of your Veterinarin costs. |
