Terms, Conditions, and Explanations
I personally breed Chihuahuas and work one other breeder to produce healthy quality
puppies. We are striving to better the breed. Puppies come with registration papers, first shots
and wormed weekly with strongid starting at 2 weeks. We offer free 9 and 12 weeks shots by
appointment.
I do not breed chiapoos, chidoodle or cock a doodle dos. Only Chihuahuas.

AVAILABLE CHIHUAHUA PUPPIES: I have Chihuahua puppies available
during most of the year. I will not sell any other breeds, only Chihuahuas. Click link to see
available puppies.

SHOULD I GET A PUPPY NOW OR LATER ? You are purchasing a live loving animal
that is a part of my family. He or she will become a major part of your family. Please be 100%
positive that your new little family member will be welcomed by everyone living in your
household. That includes your present cats, dogs etc. at home. We want all our puppies in a
happy loving environment.

ALL PUPPIES LIVE IN OUR HOME : We consider our puppies to be in excellent health
and family socialized. All pups are open cage trained and have minimal accidents at the time of
your purchase. They are taught by the repetition method. They play with each other and my
family. We have lots of fun. The puppies then eat and nap. When they wake up they immediately
go outside and potty. When they are open cage trained inside our house we potty train using
newspaper. Weekly we reduce the paper left in the cage until there is only one sheet letf in the
cage. By this time they are just about house broken. We have repeated this process over and
over and have developed a winning combination. It makes buying a puppy a pleasurable
experience for you.

PUREBRED REGISTRATION WHAT DOES IT MEAN ? It means you leave my
house with the official registration papers from your puppy. Either AKC or CKC. A puppy
without official registration papers will never be recognized as purebred and probably could be a
mix.

HOW MUCH WILL THEY WEIGH FULLY GROWN ?: Purebred Chihuahuas should
never weigh more than six pounds fully grown. But, I guess we have all seen the occasional
heavy Chihuahua now and then. Weight depends on exercise, food habits anything else you
might give to your Chihuahua as a treat. Purebred Registries recognize Chihuahuas as toy dogs,
but there are no actual designations for "T- Cups." Breeders refer to extra-small toy puppies as
"T-Cups" only to charge you more money. There is no such thing as a "T-Cup." They are
actually the runts of the litter. For more information on how estimate your Chihuahua at
adulthood
See our weight chart.

PUPPY TEMPERAMENT: All our puppies are quality animals that live and learn in my
house. They are continuously socialized with our family, friends and neighbors. These are not
caged wild puppies that are timid and fear humans. I use a open crate training system as their
home and they are happy to be in there unless they are with us. The open crate is their safe
haven while you are not monitoring them. While no one can predict how a puppy will act with a
new owner. I suggest you spend as much time as you like to get to know your new puppy in my
home. Most people stay 1 to 2 hours, we will answer all of your questions. Our initial training,
what you put into the continuous training of your puppy is what you get for life. I want you and
the puppy to leave my home happy.

SHOULD CUSTOMERS TRUST ME: Why should YOU trust me ? DON'T ! Trust YOUR
Veterinarian. If your Veterinarian deems the puppy unfit for sale during his exam, I will refund
your purchase price and the initial exam fee. Come see and play with the puppies for yourself.
View their living conditions. We've all listened to terrible stories and maybe experienced them
from a pet shop. You will notice the difference buing a puppy from me. I am available 24/7 we
never close.

HOURS: Viewing or purchase of a puppy is mostly by appointment only but walk-ins are
welcome. We may be showing puppies to several people and you may have to be patient. Calling
us at (860-649-5317) or
emailing us is best. I am available to you most any time. Someone is
always present.

WHY BUY FROM US ?: You can find lots of pups online starting at various prices plus
shipping. All puppies are raised in our home. So come spend some time with us and you will find
out why some people buy more than one puppy. You will have a great experience.

OUR PRICES: Prices are non-negotiable, set by me and are based on the size and market
value of each puppy. The smaller puppy usually cost more. Most pet stores charge $1000-$2700
for puppies of far lesser quality. I only accept CASH in person for out of State buyers or I will
hold the puppy until your check clears the bank. Usually three days.

breed we have to offer. Combined we have been raising Chihuahuas for 25 years and produce
excellent pets and in the past some show quality pups.

PRIVACY: I do NOT share or sell Buyer information. This includes names, addresses, email
addresses or phone numbers. The only records kept are those necessary for business purposes.

VACCINATIONS: Vaccinations for puppies are spread over three sessions. The first occurs
at 6 weeks, the second is generally recommended to be given at 9 weeks and the third at around
12 weeks of age. Please be aware that your puppy is not fully immunized until all three
vaccinations have been given. We provide the first vaccinations (canine distemper, infectious
canine hepatitis, respiratory disease caused by canine adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza and
parvovirus infections) for our puppies. I encourages the customers to have subsequent
vaccinations given by a licensed Veterinarian on a schedule they recommend.
